Julia Martinez

Julia Martinez is a paralegal with twenty-five years of legal experience who has been working with Billy Cooper Law since 2010. Julia is a valued and trusted member of the firm who received her diploma in ABA approved Paralegal Studies and gained experience as a paralegal from 1999 thru 2010 before joining our office. Julia, who also has a Bachelor of Arts from the State University College at Buffalo, NY, is a fluent Spanish speaker and a Licensed Notary Public. As the “first voice” that many of our clients hear, Julia’s ability to interact with all of our firm’s clients is invaluable. As a strong advocate for legal representation for all people regardless of their background and life circumstances, Julia’s ability to connect with our clients is a great asset that is always appreciated by the clients of Billy Cooper Law.
