William H. Cooper began practicing law in a large New York City law firm before joining the law firm of Marvin A. Cooper, P.C. in 1991. Billy had the opportunity to learn under the tutelage of Marvin for many years before becoming the lead trial counsel of the firm over the past thirty-five years.

Julia is a valued and trusted member of the firm who received her diploma in ABA approved Paralegal Studies and gained experience as a paralegal from 1999 thru 2010 before joining our office.
