William H. Cooper began practicing law in a large New York City law firm before joining the law firm of Marvin A. Cooper, P.C. in 1991.

Billy had the opportunity to learn under the tutelage of Marvin for many years before becoming the lead trial counsel of the firm over the past twenty-five years. Under the lead and guidance of Billy, the firm of Marvin A. Cooper, P.C., continues to maintain its reputation of class, dignity, and success which was started by his father Marvin.

As an attorney who believes that preparation is the key to success, Billy has carried forward the legacy and reputation of Marvin A. Cooper, P.C., continuing its longstanding tradition of excellence under the firm’s new name, Billy Cooper Law.  The belief in assisting those who have been injured and giving them the best representation possible has allowed Billy to further establish Billy Cooper Law, as one of the most successful personal injury law practices in the New York Metropolitan Area.
